The Society is governed by a Board of Trustees – a group of 10 which includes the chairman - which meets 6 times a-year. Members are chosen from and by their peers in the full RASE Council of 121 members. The Council itself acts in an advisory capacity, contributing its wealth of knowledge to the technology transfer and charity work of RASE.

Around 100 people work at the Society’s headquarters at Stoneleigh Park, including the charity’s finance, marketing, IT, membership and countryside communications staff; Stoneleigh Park Ltd; the International Agri-Technology Centre; the Arthur Rank Centre and Farming and Countryside Education.
